Troubleshooting

PROBLEM: Parcel Viewer will not load or has errors while loading
CAUSE: The Viewer may have been upgraded and your internet browser is loading an older version that no longer works
SOLUTION: Clear your internet browser’s cache and try again. For information on how to clear your cache, please find your browser below:
- To clear Cache, cookies and browsing history for most popular browsers
  
  Edge
  Click 3 horizontal dots on top right > Settings > Choose what to clear under Clear browsing data
  
  Chrome
  Click 3 vertical dots on top right > More tools > Clear browsing data
  
  Firefox
  Click 3 horizontal lines on top right > Options > Privacy & Security > Scroll down and Clear Data under Cookies and Site Data
  Scroll down and Clear History under History

View prior year Tax Statements (since 2014) and Farmland Assessment Maps (since 2013) by changing the YEAR in the address bar after clicking on the link in the Parcel Details Popup Window.
