What Human Resources does:

• Provide and support resources to enhance employee skills and development to maintain high quality work standards and foster achievement.
• Develop, foster, and implement policies and practices, and strategies that support the mission of the County.
• Assist in attracting highly qualified employees with diverse backgrounds.
• Promote relations and communications to continue our support for being the region's premier employer and helping employees establish the work/life balance needed to be successful in individual roles.
• Compliance as it pertains to human resource functions while maintaining a safe and healthful working environment.
