1. How do I pay a traffic fine/speeding ticket?

The District Court system, while located in the Ramsey County Courthouse, is a division of the State. All inquiries regarding traffic fines should be directed to the appropriate court office.

For most fines/tickets contact the Clerk of District Court or call (701) 662-1309.

For tickets issued by the city of Devils Lake contact the Municipal Court or call (701) 662-0718.
